Integrity at Our Core

Souletics LLC was built on a belief that technology should serve people — especially those who've been underserved by it. This Code of Conduct applies to every employee, contractor, consultant, supplier, and business partner acting on behalf of Souletics LLC. Before any decision, ask: Is it legal? Is it honest? Would I stand behind it publicly?

People & Workplace

We are committed to a workplace where every person feels safe, valued, and heard. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or violence of any kind — on any basis protected by law or human decency. We actively promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging because a more representative team builds better products for a more diverse world.


Conflicts of Interest

We avoid situations where personal interests conflict — or appear to conflict — with our responsibilities to Souletics LLC, our clients, or our community. When in doubt, disclose and seek guidance.


Marketplace Integrity

We compete vigorously and lawfully. We represent our products honestly and never make false claims about competitors. We do not engage in bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or corrupt activity of any kind — with private or government partners. Gifts, meals, and entertainment must always be reasonable, transparent, and free of improper intent.


Privacy & Data

We treat personal data as a trust, not a resource. We collect only what is necessary, protect what we hold, and are transparent about how data is used. This applies to our customers, athletes, partners, and employees alike.


Accuracy & Transparency

Our records, communications, and public statements must be complete, accurate, and honest. We do not falsify records, misrepresent capabilities, or market with misleading claims. Our GIFFTT Global Infrastructure Freedom Framework Technology & Transparency principles — accountability, transparency, and truth — are not aspirational. They are operational.


Reporting & Accountability

Any person who believes this Code has been violated is encouraged — and protected — to report it. Retaliation against good-faith reporters will not be tolerated. When in doubt, ask. Silence is not compliance.


Souletics LLC exists to democratize performance technology and create opportunity for the underserved. Everything we build, every partnership we form, and every decision we make must reflect that mission.

Human Rights Policy should cover:

  • Forced & Child Labor — Zero tolerance; we do not knowingly engage suppliers who use forced, compulsory, or child labor
  • Fair Wages & Working Conditions — We expect all partners to comply with applicable wage, hour, and safety laws
  • Freedom of Association — We respect workers' rights to organize and collectively bargain
  • Non-Discrimination — Mirroring your Code of Conduct DEI commitments extended to the supply chain
  • Human Trafficking — Explicit prohibition, especially relevant for government contracting (FAR 52.222-50 compliance)
  • Digital Rights — Unique to Souletics: the technology we build and resell must not be used as a tool of surveillance, oppression, or harm against individuals or communities

Supplier Code of Conduct should require suppliers to:

  • Operate legally and ethically in all jurisdictions
  • Prohibit bribery, corruption, and improper payments
  • Protect personal data and athlete information
  • Align with Souletics' environmental sustainability commitments
  • Cooperate with audits or certifications upon request
