Souletics Software — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all applications published by Souletics including Fab Gap, SportsPathway, Legal Swagger, SwaggerEyes, and any future Souletics products.
No personal data collected.
Souletics does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information across any of its applications unless explicitly stated within a specific app's onboarding or account creation flow.
No third-party tracking.
Souletics applications do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or behavioral tracking tools.
Local storage.
Where applicable, app data such as preferences, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to Souletics Software or any third party.
In-app purchases.
Where in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Souletics Software does not collect or store payment information of any kind.
Third-party services.
Some Souletics applications may integrate with third-party platforms such as Apple HealthKit, Strava, or other services. Those integrations are governed by the respective third-party privacy policies. Souletics Software does not store data retrieved from those services beyond what is necessary for app functionality.
Children.
Souletics applications are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect information from children.
